นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน | Return & Refund Policy
เนื่องจากสินค้าของเราเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร โดยหลักการแล้วเราไม่รับคืนสินค้า อย่างไรก็ตาม เราพร้อมพิจารณาคืนเงินในกรณีพิเศษดังต่อไปนี้
As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will consider refunds in the following special cases:
- 📦 ได้รับสินค้าเสียหายหรือเน่าเสีย / Received damaged or spoiled products
- ❌ ได้รับสินค้าผิดรสชาติ/ขนาด / Received wrong flavor or size
- 🚚 ไม่ได้รับสินค้า (พัสดุสูญหาย) / Item not received (lost parcel)
เงื่อนไขการขอคืนเงิน | Refund Conditions:
- แจ้งภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง หลังได้รับสินค้า / Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- แนบภาพถ่ายหรือวิดีโอเป็นหลักฐาน / Provide photo or video evidence
- ติดต่อผ่าน Line หรือ TikTok / Contact via Line or TikTok
การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยัน Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
